Located at 790 Grand Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Philomena’s is a recently-opened cocktail and craft beer bar.  The space is welcoming, with about half-bar seating as well as a few booths and high-top tables opposite the bar.  Seven draught beers pour mainly NY State offerings; nine house cocktails cost a reasonable $13 per drink.
