A review of Cannibal Liquor House in Manhattan's Murray Hill

Located at 111 E. 29th Street in Manhattan’s Murray Hill, Cannibal Liquor House is a craft cocktail spot from the same owner’s as next door’s The Cannibal Beer & Butcher.  At $14 apiece, the drinks are fairly reasonable these days for Manhattan craft cocktail bars.  Cannibal Liquor House also has a decent wine and beer selection.  We found the staff here to be friendly.  This spot is definitely worth a stop on your next Murray Hill NYC bar crawl.

A review of the Gray Mare in Manhattan's East Village

Located at 58 Second Avenue in Manhattan’s East Village, The Gray Mare is a spiffed-up redux of Dempsey’s Pub.  From the same owners as the old Dempsey’s, The Gray Mare offers a dozen mostly-quality draught beers; mainly a mix of Tri-State offerings and other U.S. regional craft.  The Gray Mare is a welcoming spot and worthy of a visit on your next East Village Second Avenue NYC bar crawl.

A visit to Union Street Pub and Crow Bar in Brooklyn

Two new spots for your next Franklin Avenue NYC bar crawl!  Located on opposite corners of Franklin Avenue and Union Street in Brooklyn, these two bars opened earlier in 2016.  Union Street Pub and Crow Bar extend the growing bar scene that exists just a few blocks north along Franklin.  Both bars offer a good draught craft-beer selection.  Be sure to check out these two spots while bar hopping through the nabe.
