Available at Red Cork, a wine/tapas bar on West 58th Street, across from the Time Warner Center.

A review of Black Crescent on Manhattan's Lower East Side
We had the pleasure of visiting Black Crescent on a recent NYC pub crawl along Clinton Street. Located at 79 Clinton Street, Black Crescent is a solid cocktail bar for this part of the Lower East Side. The cocktails are relatively inexpensive at 11-12 bucks a piece (well, inexpensive for Manhattan). Happy Hour brings some of those prices below $10! Oysters available nightly. Add in the friendly staff and we look forward to returning.
A review of The Shakespeare in Midtown Manhattan
Located at 24 East 39th Street on the Midtown/Murray Hill border, The Shakespeare is an English pub (basement level, low ceilings) that feels as though it’s been around forever. The Shakespeare attracts an after-work crowd, though it is open most days for lunch as well. Beer selection includes 18 taps, including three cask ales. We look forward to returning on our next NYC bar crawl through this part of town.
A review of Bottomz Up in Manhattan's Gramercy
A new sports bar for the Downtown Third Avenue NYC sports bar crawl, Bottomz Up, located at 344 Third Avenue, has one of those “oversaturation” sports bar feels to it. Numerous TVs and dozens of photos (and not just of local NY sporting moments). Two items we found interesting in the place included a sushi bar (see photo below) and a cellphone charging station. While we wouldn’t expect to see a sushi bar within a sports bar, Bottomz Up is definitely ahead of its time in offering a cellphone charging station.
A review of Rose Hill Tavern in Manhattan's Rose Hill!
Rose Hill Tavern, located at 337 Third Avenue, picks up where Hairy Monk left off – minus all of the Boston sports memorabilia. The layout/space are nearly identical, it’s just that the Boston friendly NYC bar crawl has been reduced by one stop. According to the staff, Rose Hill Tavern actually gets its name from that immediate section of Manhattan. Apparently, Third Avenue in the mid-20s is neither Gramercy nor Murray Hill, but Rose Hill! Who knows what you’re gonna learn on a random NYC pub crawl!
A review of BarBacon in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen
It was only a matter of time before the recent bacon craze spawned a bar with a bacon theme! So, here comes BarBacon in Hell’s Kitchen, located at 836 Ninth Avenue (between 54th and 55th Streets). BarBacon caters to the after-work and neighborhood (and, hopefully, Bacon-loving) crowds. A square-shaped bar takes up half the space. Regular tables and high-top tables round out the rest of the space. Not too much standing room. Beer selection is decent; ten quality taps, 15 quality bottles. As for the food, six types of regional US bacon (incl lamb and turkey bacon) are offered; all other food options, mostly BBQ and comfort food, feature bacon in one way or another. BarBacon is a spot for the developing Bacon NYC bar crawl!
A review of Rochelle on Manhattan's Lower East Side
Taking over the short-lived Cocktail Bodega spot at 205 Chrystie Street, Rochelle is another artisnal cocktail spot for Manhattan’s Lower East Side. The cocktails (menu shown below) looked tasty, though we opted for one of the local craftbeers during a recent bar crawl through the LES. We found Rochelle to be a solid spot, we hope it lasts longer than the previous place did. Although, during our NYC pub crawling times, we’ve noted that this address seems to turnover fairly frequently.
A review of Hudson Malone in Manhattan's Midtown East
Tammany Hall is now all grown up! Taking over the old Tammany Hall spot (and, briefly, Black Finn), Hudson Malone is a solid cocktail and burger/beer spot. If you’re looking for something slightly different in Midtown East, head on over to 218 East 53rd Street! It’s a solid stop for any East Side bar crawl in NYC.
A review of the Supply House on Manhattan's Upper East Side
Located at 1647 2nd Ave in the old Tin Lizzie space, The Supply House has a semi- rustic feel with its exposed brick on three walls. Bar area takes up 2/3 of space, with a few dining tables in back. Supply House offers 18 draught beers, and not a single ‘crap’ beer either. A great addition to numerous New York City pub crawls, including a craft-beer focused NYC bar crawl. Food menu offers a mix of comfort food and bar food. Solid neighborhood spot; we look forward to returning on our next Upper East Side pub crawl.
