Located at 34-02 Broadway in Astoria, Queens, Trestle is a recently-opened gastropub/craft-beer bar. Twelve quality tap beers and numerous more bottled/canned offerings make Trestle a must for any Astoria NYC craft-beer bar crawl. Since it’s located at the corner of 34th Street and Broadway with large windows looking out onto the intersection, Trestle is a great spot for sipping quality craft beer, eating tasty food and people watching along Broadway. We look forward to returning here.
Pay a visit to River Coyote, located at 121 Ludlow Street, in the old Amuse Wine Bar space. Serving coffee all day and wine/beer in the afternoon/evening, River Coyote is a solid recently-opened bar. Great wine/beer selection, along with a friendly staff. The wine taps are shown in the photograph below.
Our favorite non-holiday random calendar day of the year! The arrival of the First Saturday of March is very meaningful to us at Pub Crawl NYC. Though the calendar still says winter, March marks the end of the super-cold, long, dark winter months of December, January and February. Spring (and good pub crawling weather) is just ahead.
And, if you’re looking for a pub crawl for today, the annual Hoboken, NJ St. Patrick’s bar crawl takes place today. More info here.
Okay, it’s not quite in NYC, but Hoboken, NJ is pretty much the sixth borough. The annual Hoboken St. Patrick’s pub crawl occurs on Saturday, March 4, sponsored by the folks at pubcrawl.com. More information here.
It has arrived, our favorite month of the year! There will be numerous Irish NYC pub crawls around the city. We’ll provide info on some of those St. Patrick’s bar crawls around NYC. If you would prefer to create your own pub crawl, we can help, free of charge! We just ask that you visit and “like” our facebook fanpage first, www.facebook.com/pubcrawlnyc and follow us on twitter (@nycpubcrawl).
