We had the pleasure of visiting Black Crescent on a recent NYC pub crawl along Clinton Street.  Located at 79 Clinton Street, Black Crescent is a solid cocktail bar for this part of the Lower East Side.  The cocktails are relatively inexpensive at 11-12 bucks a piece (well, inexpensive for Manhattan).  Happy Hour brings some of those prices below $10!  Oysters available nightly.  Add in the friendly staff and we look forward to returning.
