Located at 147 West 24^th Street, One Star bar is a no-frills bar offered by the same owners of the former No Idea bar, which was located not too far away in Gramercy.  One Star bar offers tap and canned beers only.  The bar also plays the name game: every night, people with a specific name get drink specials all night.  Overall, One Star bar seems like a chill spot.  Not too many spots like this one open up in Manhattan these days.  We aim to include One Star on our next bar crawl in New York City’s Chelsea.
