Here are a few spots to hit for a Flag Day NYC bar crawl:
Fraunces Tavern, 54 Pearl Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. George Washington hung out here.
Loopy Doopy, rooftop bar atop Conrad Hotel in Battery Park City. Great view of Statue of Liberty and the relatively late sunset.
Pete’s Tavern, 18th Street & Irving Place in Manhattan’s Gramercy section. Among the oldest bars in Manhattan.
With the good weather upon us (finally!), we recently had a chance to do some NYC bar crawling around Manhattan’s Midtown South and Midtown East. We will report back in this space soon and share some of the highlights of this recent pub crawl. Stay tuned!
Our NYC Bar of the Day: Kettle of Fish, located at 59 Christopher Street in Manhattan’s West Village.
Memorial Day weekend just may be our favorite weekend of the year here at Pub Crawl NYC. Sometimes, the weekend is an opportunity for a quick trip out of town; other times, it’s great to stick around town and go on a NYC pub crawl or three. As the weekend marks the unofficial beginning of summer, the weather almost always delivers. It was on this weekend long ago that we participated in our very first bar crawl and we’ve been a big fan of bar crawls ever since! So, whether you’re staying in town or traveling for the long weekend, have a great time, stay safe and happy pub crawling!
